Shipping & Delivery
I ordered on line, how long will it take for delivery?
The expected ship date for the product ordered is posted on the web site Shipping Info.
You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information to track your
orders on line. Most orders are shipped UPS ground.
I ordered yesterday on line, can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order by phone and it must be before receiving shipping
confirmation. After shipping confirmation is sent orders are not cancellable because they
are already shipped.
Sales Tax
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
South Dakota state sales tax is applied to an item if the item is shipped to South Dakota.
There is no sales tax charged for shipments to any other state.
Shipment Tracking
How can I track my shipment?
Your UPS tracking numbers will be sent to you by email immediately after your order ships.

I haven't received my tracking numbers yet, how can I get the tracking numbers?
You will receive tracking numbers immediately after the system ships.
Missing Cartons?
My order was shipped in two cartons but only one has arrived. How do I find out
about the second carton?
You receive a tracking number for each carton. Sometimes both cartons do not arrive on
the same day. When that happens the second carton will normally arrive the next day.
You should check both tracking numbers to determine the status of the second carton. If it
does not arrive within 2 days after the delivery of the first carton, please contact our order
processing center
What if I am not at home when UPS comes?
UPS will normally leave the package if there is a safe place to leave it out of the weather. If
you live in an apartment complex they will normally leave a note on your door advising you
of the next delivery attempt.
Replacement Parts
How do I order replacement parts?
You can order replacement parts directly from our web site. Please visit our users group
pages to order replacement parts. If the system is still under warranty please follow the
warranty instructions for fastest response time.
Repairs and Returns
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
We will replace or repair any parts that may have been damaged during shipping. Please
click here for warranty service .
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, the merchandise may be
returned. Returns without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you
freight in both directions.
Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all
accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30
days. The value of missing accessories and return shipping damage will be deducted from
the credit amount of a return.

International Orders
I ordered from Canada will I have to pay import taxes?
Yes, there is an import tax for shipments to Canada. The import tax and brokerage fee is
normally collected by UPS when they deliver the system. We have no control over import
taxes shipped to Canada and other international orders.
