Soloflex uses rubber weight straps that must be peeled off and remounted to vary the resistance levels for different groups of exercises. Plus, their design requires cumbersome changes between exercises.
The Soloflex bench is only 40.5" inches in length. Lying down exercises can be awkward.

BowFlex uses tension spring rods. To vary the resistance you must connect one, two, three, four, five or all of the rods to the cable pulley system.
The BowFlex bench is not really used for the comfort of leg extension exercises. It has it's own raised stool for the optional Leg Extension/Curl accessory that can be awkward.

HealthMax Pro has a comfortable padded wide and a comfortable 22" high off the floor.
HealthMax Pro uses easy-to-adjust hydraulic cylinders. To vary the resistance, you just twist the dial. And, because of the HealthMax Pro unique cylinder system design, you have variable positive resistance in both directions for most exercises.
