One Full Year - HealthFX products are warranted to be free of defects
in original parts and workmanship at the time of purchase to the
original owner. HealthFX guarantees that the product purchased will
remain free of defects for one full year. While this guarantee is in
effect HealthFX will repair or replace any defective or worn out parts
without charge. This limited warranty excludes commercial or
institutional usage and does not cover any defect caused by misuse,
improper set up or alteration. All shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer.
HealthMax Pro - 3 Year Extended Warranty
HealthFX also offers an extended warranty option to add an additional
two years to the standard warranty for $49. Just select the option on
the
order form when you order the home gym.
RETURNS
The HealthMax Pro comes with a full 30 day money back guarantee
for a full refund (less the initial S&H). The item must be returned
undamaged in the original carton with all original shipping materials to
avoid any restocking fees. If your order was shipped to one of the
US 48 contiguous states, you have the option of returning it for a
refund of the purchase price (including extended warranty if
purchased), and HealthFX America pays the return shipping
costs. Simply contact us for a return authorization before the end
of your trial period.
