Dear Sirs:
I purchased a HealthMax Pro a few months ago and wanted to let you know about my
experiences so far. I have used both free weights and machines in the past, both at home and
in health clubs. I ordered the unit and received it quickly.

I like the machine for a number of reasons:
1)       It is relatively light (no weights)
2)       Doesn’t take up much space
3)       Quick to change exercises
4)       Quick to change resistance levels
5)       No danger of weight falling on you
6)       Able to finish the repetitions as you get weaker, because as your speed decreases so
does the resistance
7)       Work two sets of muscles on one set of repetitions

All these combine to make for a quick and thorough workout.  I’m currently doing 14 exercises,
3 sets of 12 reps each in under ½ an hour.

I have worked with both free weights and machines in the past, and I’ve notice I am much less
sore with this machine.  I’m guessing maybe because you don’t have the high resistance when
you are releasing, only when you are contracting the muscle (less trauma?), or maybe
because at the final push the hydraulics give way a bit as the speed slows, so you don’t get so
strained.

Anyway, thank you for the machine, it is just what I was looking for.
Sincerely yours,
David S., Katy, TX
To whom it may concern:  I've  started my workouts on my new HealthMax pro. I start with 1/2hr
aerobics on my treadmill, then forty of each, chestflies benchpresses, combination lat pulldown
and overhead press, combination tricep pulldown and bicep curl then a combination leg curl
and extension.  This is followed by 20 torso track abdomen exercises. Now I do 30 of each then
20 of each. It feels great after I'am done. I intend to spread the news about your equipment. I
am so glad I couldn't afford the bowflex at this time.
Yours truly,

Just a quick line about my HealthMax system.... I've had it for (I think about 8) years now, and
still find it as good as ever. I see you've changed the design slightly, but you still use the
hydraulic resistance cylinders that make the workout so effective. It's worked out to be a real
bargain for me, as it was inexpensive when I
bought it, and it has lasted us so well. I mostly use it to help control my weight, and keep my
back in shape to prevent injuries.

SEE WHAT SATISFIED HEALTHMAX PRO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY:
Hi.  I'd like like to give you kudos for your HealthMax Pro.
Over the years, I've had weights, a Hoist system, a full
BowFlex system, and an Apollo.  I'm an 8th Dan karate
master , and my wife was a ballet dancer...   we rely on
supplemental exercises for all seasons.  Our strength
exercises are vital, not just to "keep in shape," but to keep
our previously broken/overworked limbs and torsos just
functioning properly!  I decided to give HealthMax Pro a try,
in large part because I was attracted to having two-way
resistance control during a motion according to speed of
execution.execution.
